You poor soul…
SW: Galaxies is a Star Wars flavoured Second Life. It was originally a subscription basis, but they had such a rotten run that they cancelled the subscription costs…and still lost customers left right and centre.
In all honestly, I don’t know if the servers are still up.
I’d suggest contacting the publisher and finding out.
Good Luck!

Need help with star wars galaxies?

i need help with star wars galaxies because every time i press "launch game" it has an error message saying quote "Direct3D could not be correctly initialized. Sometimes this is fixed by rebooting you machine. If this still occurs after a fresh reboot, you may need to reinstall DirectX" ive done both and it still says that message. should i delete my DirectX and then re-install it? or something else?
I think you’re looking in the right direction for this problem, most of the time deleting directx and reinstalling the reccomended version for SW:G is the sollution to the problem, if this error still occurs after reinstalling directx, try running a registry cleaner like CCleaner (see source) then reinstall directx.
If all this doesn’t work, delete SW:G, then delete DirectX, reinstall DirectX, then reinstall SW:G
Good Luck!
